Kangoo Jumps® rebound shoes are easy to use and they are designed for all fitness levels. To get the most out of your first class, please keep the following in mind: ✨ What to Wear? Comfortable gym clothing is essential (ladies should wear a high-support sports bra). All participants must wear thick or double-layer calf-length cotton socks for comfort and proper fit. ✨ Fitting the Boots: Always put the boots on and take them off while seated. Fasten the buckles until you hear a soft click - they should be secure but not overly tight. Adjust immediately if you feel any discomfort, e.g. tingling or numbing feeling in your feet. ✨ Getting Up & Moving: Stand up slowly, keep your eyes forward, and start with a simple marching, then a gentle jog in place, alternating feet. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart, and distribute your weight across the whole foot. Balance in the middle of the sole, not on the toes or heels. Your instructor will guide you through the rest - just relax, bounce, and enjoy the experience!
